My Context-Related Competence

Ten years of work as a scientist have given me a comprehensive insight into the communicative, social and organizational structures of the academic system, in addition to my subject-specific expertise. I had the opportunity as a project collaborator and as a project manager to get to know different perspectives from different roles and the associated requirements. I gained experience of how scientific projects are initiated and planned and how the corresponding processes are carried out, designed and successfully completed.

Since 2008, I have had numerous conversations with my clients in my role as a coach in which I have acquired very personal insights into their professional world of experience. Through these different perspectives, I have obtained a complex informal knowledge of the special working conditions in the scientific context. This insider knowledge from the academic-scientific field proves to be an important resource in coaching because it enables me to adapt very precisely to the individual needs of my clients.
